Hey ! i have a really nasty ache in my thigh muscles ! wanna know why ?
haha well, this is gonna be a really long post, but lets start with sat,
ACSbr carnival 2.
sat, 7.20
i woke up, excited and really ready for the day, coz it was gonna be super fun :D
so we went to school, set up the stalls in th morning, the mood was still quite clam though.
then our first bout of bad news, yewjin was gonna be late, our banner and our pails would be missing ! :O haha well not too late lah. in the end we still got the stuff on time and managed to fix it up. soon it was 9, the start of the carnival
we were all in high spirits, my shift was supposed to be the 2nd and 3rd shift, starting at 2.30
haha i watched as Gerald, Kenneth, Xavier and (someone) started manning the stall, it looked super fun lah
so after awhile i joined in behind the cloth. haha okay lemme explain how the stall works.
out stall is called wet smack, the theme song would be smack that by akon. haha no lah,
anyway we would be behind this cloth canvas thing and pop up and down and our customers stand behind a line and throw wet sponges at us.
sounds like fun ? damn right it is
haha yeah so i joined in when there was decent customer flow, which was around 10.30 plus ? haha not sure but we had our share of customers, fellow schoolmates, which were more than eager to thwack us with the sponges, haha we also had little kids throw sponges at us, but of course, we would give them some chance ! haha yes, we would like, stand still and let them hit us bu then there would be like these insane steriod kids who would go like "AARGGH !" and fling the sponge damn hard straight at our faces, pain lah.
then we also have the depressed people who vent their anger out on us, by throwing the sponges again, really hard. overall, morning was the most painfull time somehow.
my my, this is really gonna be a long post, bear with me eh ?
heheh, then comes the afternoon, the millions of people start to pour in
our stall startded to receive lots of customers, stangley most of them were groups of girls.
at one point we actually had a qeue ! haha yeah we really tried our best to entertain, poping up and doing funny shit haha like my muscle dance thing hahaha damn fun lah
yah so we good really good flow in the afternoon.
then, our most loyal group of customers came, haha yeah one of em' added me on friendster earlier yesterday :) hello if ur reading this !
yeah they came back again and again, at one point they ended up behind the canvas, i can't recall
how that happened, but basicaly we swapped places, so n the end we ended up pounding them with sponges, but it was quite wrong lah, coz they got wet, but hey, they agreed to it :D
haha well we had LOTS of fun.
i took a break at around 3 something to grab lunch, when i got back gerald went for his break,
very well deserved break haha
well the reason
all of us have MASSIVE muscles aches are well, coz we were doing squats for about what, 7-8 hours ? and i'm not exagerating at all, thats acounting for break times too. super tiring.
at the end of the day we started to get tired, so less with the antics like popping up and singing the spongebob song haha yeah we really had fun, went crazy, did retarded things while popping up, singing along when familiar songs came up on the speakers, haha

haha it was really crazy lah.
all in all, carnival was really really fun
partially thanks to the group of girls that kept coming back over and over again, i really think they spent over a hundred bucks at our stall lah, crazy
well, really had a great time with the guys there, my gosh,
now, feeling all the aches and sunburn, i think its worth the while.
haha yeah. okay, enough with the carnival.
i'll have to update the rest of this post tmr, my mother is BUGGING me like hell.

Okay, instead of making a new post, i decided to just continue of here lah, i dunno why i seemed so formal in writing about the carnival lah, but hell, i'm not gonna redo it.
well for the carnival,

Matt, for the lack of lame jokes (its a good thing)

hahayeah its damn fun lah. (plus kenneth's face looks constipated so its damn funny)
haha well, i had to skip service on sunday morning coz i couldn't move o.o yeah the aches were reeeaaallly bad then. oh and today was hell, climbing up and down the stairs to get to classes.... uuuuhhhh....
"that 40 tries guy and the group of girls owe us an apology man" so says kenneth. i agree.my gosh.
anyway i still went for recording ! yay ! its actually in a REAL recording studio, not just the mic and com they gave us last time haha well, it was quite a sian feeling for me, maybe was coz of the horrible ache ? YES. well did the basic track, i think we'll be going back to do some touch up though.
