Ello XD today had the NAFA(dunno if correct spelling) so I did quite ok i guess .....
everything A exept for pull-ups (B) and shuttle run (C) haha i hate shuttle run .... i always fail/get low scores for it but i love standing broad jump lol i always get like super far .... this time i got 220 but some guy did 238 ... wow dunno how he do one lol anyway so the 5 stations r crap ... I'm only worried about the 2.4 run crap ... how am i gonna pass that ? dis year I'm aiming for silver/gold, i dun wanna get bronze again ... lol bronze is like ... so crappy... so yah bye bye
